A Rolling Account allows you to pre buy fuel with a cash deposit and receive a discounted price with each fueling. Your Rolling Account will be the best price we can offer without falling below the Minnesota Legal Minimum Pricing. This deposit is not locked-in and prices move up and down with the market. There is no maximum or minimum deposit required and no time limits on use. A Rolling Account is separate from a Locked Account but the steps for fueling are the same. You will receive a fuel card and pin code to access fuel and money can easily be transferred from a Rolling Account to your Locked Account, but remember; once the money is in your Locked Account it can not be put back into your Rolling Account due to the fact that the product is hedged once it hits your Locked Account. Having both a Rolling Account and a Locked Account will save you both time and money. Because this is a cash only account, First Fuel Banks can eliminate the expensive credit card and bad check fees and with no risk of drive-offs we can pass the savings on to our valued customers insuring you the very best price each day.

Buy your fuel in advance whether your needs are large or small. Although there is no minimum or maximum purchase amounts, First Fuel Banks does reserve the right to limit purchases in a market crises or federal allocation. There is absolutely no time limit in which the fuel must be used. (Please note Supply Limitation on agreement.)

Six fueling locations are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, conveniently located throughout the St. Cloud and Monticello areas.  A deposit drop off box is located at each location (not available at Miller Auto location or Gould Chevrolet location) for quick, convenient purchasing. Deposits dropped off before 5:00 p.m. are credited that same day.

Only your fuel card and PIN together can activate a withdrawal of fuel from your account. Tighter security is available for fleet accounts such as limiting gallons per fill, fills per day, designating fuel type per vehicle, etc. Each account can be tailored to fit your individual needs. Daily print outs of all transactions are monitored by First Fuel Banks staff to detect pilferage attempts or any other problems. In the event we find discrepancies, you will be notified. Lost or stolen cards and codes can be locked out at your request.

We provide an online fuel report documenting all transactions such as fuelings, deposits and any other activity to the account. First Fuel Banks offer supply protection if shortages should occur again. Each purchase is recorded and in case of limitations, your gallons are guaranteed based on previous usage. Regular gas stations have no record of your purchases so you have no allocation. (Please note Supply Limitation on Agreement.)

To check your account balance at the pumps, press the help button when it asks for your pin number. This option will only work with the First Fuel Banks magstrip card. This feature can be locked out at your request.
